What is the Visa Process to Beautiful Seychelles as a Nigerian Passport Holder? Do Nigerians Need a Visa to Visit Seychelles?
Nigeria has a long-standing visa-free agreement with Seychelles. This grants Nigerian citizens free entry into the island country without a visa and it is valid for a period of 30 days. Every non-citizen needs to apply on https://seychelles.govtas.com/ 10 days before the trip for a digital travel authorization document which attracts a €10 fee per person.
The application for travel authorization is possible 10 days before arrival and the processing time can take up to 12 hours.
Every non-citizen visitor to Seychelles must apply for the digital Travel Authorisation. This is mandatory as per the Immigration Act. This digital form replaces the blue paper form that was previously completed pre-arrival and serves as approval for travel to Seychelles. Seychelles Immigration reserves the right to deny entry on arrival. There are fees associated with this service.

Seychelles Currency
The currency in Seychelles is the Seychellois Rupee, abbreviated as SCR or SR.
Euro is widely accepted as a mode of payment in some hotels, restaurants, etc. Make sure to change your Naira or other currencies to Euro for ease in making local currency exchanges to the Seychellois Rupee. It is advisable to change your money from Euro to the Seychellois Rupee because you will end up paying a slightly higher fee unnecessarily if you spend using Euros.

My No 1 Safety Tip for Travel
There are some local travel insurance companies in Nigeria like AXA Mansard and Allianz Nigeria.
To avoid currency valuation issues, I prefer to use international insurance companies so as to receive a dollar value of whatever loss I incur during my travel because the local companies reimburse in Naira. I don’t think I need to say more regarding the Naira.
My current preferred option is SafetyWings which goes as low as $11.27 for a 7 days trip when you visit any country but USA, which attracts a higher fee.
